A Wayne County man is arrested for a fall murder in Duplin County. The Duplin County Sheriff’s Office reports Antwan T. Wright was apprehended on Thursday by the U.S. Marshals Service in Rockingham County, NC. Wright is accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old Darius Atkins of Wayne County. The shooting occurred on November 25th in the parking lot of a Duplin County processing plant. Wright will be extradited back to Duplin County and confined at the Duplin County Jail.
