After an ongoing investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 26-year-old Rachel N. Herring was charged with eleven felony charges.  The charges include:

• 5 counts of Uttering a Forged Instrument
• 5 counts of Forgery
• Larceny
• Financial Card Theft

Herring was also arrested for two charges for the Goldsboro Police Department.  Her bond was set at $5,000 unsecured.
