Members of the Wayne County Sheriff’s ACE Team conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation on Monday.  A consent search was performed and illegal narcotics were reportedly found.  20-year-old Jessica R. McCullen of Smithfield was arrested for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  McCullen was given a $2,500 secured bond and she was turned over to the Wayne County Detention Center for processing.
