On May 29th, Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies received a call for a stolen motor vehicle. The report was taken on May 30th and deputies received information about the stolen vehicle. As the investigation continued, deputies found the vehicle on Turtle Lane in Dudley. Warrants were served on May 31st on 39-year-old Thomas P. Moody, III of Dudley for:
- Larceny of a Motor Vehicle (F)
- Possess Stolen Motor Vehicle (F)
- Alter/Destroy Stolen Motor Vehicle (F)
Moody was given a $12,000 secured bond.
