Firefighters from Dudley and EMS personnel were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Sleepy Creek Road and Prayer House Lane near Emmaus Church Road late Saturday night.  As the fire and EMS crews arrived, they found the driver still inside of the Nissan truck.  The vehicle had apparently been heading toward Emmaus Church Road when it rounded a curve on the wrong side of the road and nearly struck another vehicle. The quick action of the other driver helped the two vehicles avoid colliding.  However, the truck ran off the road, struck a ditch and flipped several times.  The driver of the Nissan was taken to the hospital with injuries and will be facing charges.
