In late June, the Goldsboro Police Department took a report on a 15-year-old juvenile that was involved in a sexual relationship with a 28-year-old male.  The investigation by the GPD’s Investigation Division led to a warrant being issued for 28-year-old Rashad Cooper of Wilson for Indecent Liberties with a Child.  Cooper was arrested on Wednesday without incident on the 800 block of Olivia Lane in Goldsboro.  He was served with the warrant as well as several outstanding orders for arrest.  Cooper was given a $159,000 secure bond and was confined at the Wayne County Jail.
