Watermelon Cucumber Balsamic Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 C watermelon cubed
  • 2 C cucumber cubed
  • 1/2 C red onion sliced
  • 1/4 C basil chopped
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 C balsamic vinegar
  • 2 oz. fat free feta cheese crumbled

Preparation

  1. Mix together watermelon, cucumber, red onion and basil.
  2. Mix together olive oil and balsamic vinegar then pour over the watermelon mixture.
  3. Top with feta cheese and enjoy!
