Two Goldsboro armed robbery suspects are behind bars. Around 11:30 AM Monday, the Goldsboro Police Department responded to the 2100 block of Royall Avenue where they spoke with a victim who said he had been given a ride by two males from the Sheetz on Spence Avenue before being assaulted and robbed at gunpoint. Officers with the GPD’s Housing Unit located and pulled the suspect vehicle over on Wednesday. The driver, 20-year-old Taheim R. Leach of Goldsboro, was arrested on outstanding warrants unrelated to the robbery. Further investigation led to arrest warrants against Leach for Monday’s robbery case. 21-year-old Cameron D. Lands of Goldsboro was identified as a second suspect in the case and he has also arrested on Wednesday.
