An Early Learning Resource Center is opened at the Partnership for Children of Wayne County. 

The Partnership and Smart Start launched the revamped Early Learning Resource Center Wednesday during a ribbon-cutting with the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce. 

Parents, caregivers, and early childhood professionals or advocates can utilize the materials, which include children’s books, educational toys, games, and more. 

Membership to the Early Learning Resource Center is just $15 per year.  

The Partnership for Children of Wayne County and its Early Learning Resource Center are located at 800 N. William Street in Goldsboro.
