(GDN) — Monday night, the Kinston Police Department pulled a vehicle over in its DDACTS (Data-Driven Approaches to Crime and Traffic Safety) zone. During a search of the vehicle, officers reportedly discovered six pounds of marijuana, Oxycodone and Xanax pills, and three illegally-possessed firearms. Two adults in the vehicle were arrested while juvenile petitions are being sought for a third subject for numerous felony charges.
21-year-old Ke’monte Nobles was charged with:
- Carry Concealed Gun – Felony
- Possession of a stolen firearm
- Trafficking Opiates (4 counts)
- Possess with intent to sell MDMA
- Possess with intent to sell Schedule IV
- Possess with intent to sell Schedule VI
- Maintain a vehicle / distribution of a controlled substance
18-year-old Kameron Howard was charged with:
- Possession of Firearm by Felon
- Possession of a Stolen Firearm
- Trafficking Opiates (4 counts)
- Possess with intent to sell MDMA
- Possess with intent to sell Schedule IV
- Possess with intent to sell Schedule VI
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
