A Dunn woman has been arrested after an investigation into a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle at a business in the northern part of Wayne County.  A financial card was stolen from the vehicle along with other items. 

During the investigation, authorities learned that the suspect was involved with other crimes in surrounding counties.  Crystal Lynn Williams, 40, was arrested in Johnston County on pending charges and placed in the custody of the Johnston County Detention Center.  While in the detention center, Williams was served with Wayne County charges of Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle, Felony Financial Card theft, and Misdemeanor Larceny.  Williams’ bond was set at $30,000.
