Ann Swann Sullivan, age 72, passed away Tuesday, September 26th at her residence. Born in Kershaw County, S.C., Ann was the daughter of the late Claude Thomas “Tommy” Swann and the late Betty Lane Swann and wife of the late Danny Sullivan. Ann was a member of Brogden Church and was a retired registered nurse. She graduated in 1971 from the Kershaw County Vocational School as an LPN and in 1991 she graduated from the University of Albany in New York as an RN. She did her practical work at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine. She formerly worked at the Oak Manor Nursing Home and Wayne Correctional Center.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Brogden Church with Pastor David Moehring officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park. The family will greet friends Friday evening from 3:00 until 7:00 pm at the home of her son, Dan Sullivan, 110 Smith Chapel Road, Mt. Olive, NC, and on Saturday at the church from 10:00 until 11:00 am.

Ann is survived by her sons, Dan Sullivan and Andy Sullivan and wife, Christy; a brother, Claude Thomas Swann, II and his wife, Wanda; a sister, Joyce Swann Dillon and husband, Bruce; brothers-in-law, Al and Dominique Sullivan, Gary and Denise Sullivan and Randy and Lisa Sullivan; two grandchildren, Chloe Grace Sullivan and Camden Elizabeth Sullivan.
