On Oct. 30 at approximately 10:08 p.m., officers with the Goldsboro Police Department responded to the 400 block of Denmark Street in reference to a ShotSpotter alert of multiple gunshots.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located Montrel Devon O’Neal, 31, who had sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. O’Neal was transported to UNC Health Wayne, where he was treated and released. The Investigative Services Bureau at Goldsboro Police Department is currently investigating this incident.
