December 15, 2023, 73, Seven Springs —

Shirley Barber Outlaw, 73, of the Outlaw’s Bridge area near Seven Springs, died Friday, December 15, at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.

She was the daughter of the late Rudolph Valentino Barber and Myrtie Frances Nicols Barber.  Shirley had been employed at Butterball in the cafeteria.

Survivors include her husband, Michael R. “Mickey” Outlaw, of the home.

The family will remember Shirley in a private setting.
