Goldsboro, NC (GDN) – A 17-year-old juvenile has died from multiple gunshots in a Friday night shooting.

Goldsboro Police Department responded to the 900 block of Hugh Street after receiving a ShotSpotter alert of multiple gunshots Friday night after 9 PM. According to the release, Officers arrived on the scene where they located a 17-year-old male juvenile with multiple gunshot wounds.

First Responders arrived on the scene and later pronounced the male juvenile deceased. 

The investigation is ongoing, and future updates may be provided at a later time.
