Edna Marie Paul Edmundson, 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro surrounded by her family. Marie was born in Beaufort County to the late Harry L. and Eloise Lupton Paul on June 24, 1937. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry Edmonds and John Paul.

The family will gather for a time of visitation on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.

Marie is survived by her husband of 68 years, Kenneth “Ken” Edmundson; children, Pegi Morrill and husband, Jeff, Steve Edmundson and wife, Cindy, and Angela Adams and husband, Phillip; grandchildren, Teri Johnson, Devon Jain, Garrett Adams, Mike Edmundson and Chris Edmundson; three great-grandchildren, Camden Johnson, Starke Johnson, and Cameron Jain; and brother, Barry Edmonds.

Services are entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
