Staff Sergeant Christopher Lucy is assigned to the 4th Security Forces Squadron as the Armory Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Staff Sergeant Lucy was selected to manage the Squadron’s armory account, where he identified and developed improvement areas for Resource Protection, positioning his team for a zero-discrepancy rating on the Unit Effectiveness Inspection.

Additionally, Staff Sergeant Lucy conceptualized a new distribution process that reorganized Flight ammunition, reducing demands by 38 percent.

As a supervisor to five Airmen, Staff Sergeant Lucy’s oversight ensured a 24-hour weapons and equipment accessibility posture that secured the base populace and the Air Force’s largest F-15F fleet.
