She was born on October 28, 1926, in Wayne County, NC to Cicero Ellis and Bessie Mozingo Ellis. She leaves precious memories with two daughters: Rose Marie Walton of Lithonia, GA, and Carolyn Yvonne Bryson (Robert L.) of St. Louis, MO; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
