Senior Airman Jayden Ocampo is assigned to the 4th Comptroller Squadron as a Financial Operations Technician at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Senior Airman Ocampo is responsible for managing the installation’s eFinance system and coordinates 160 transactions for 886 personnel monthly. As a senior travel technician, Senior Airman Ocampo audited travel claims before submission to the Air Force Financial Service Center, increasing Seymour Johnson’s travel voucher approval rating by 4% which ensured prompt reimbursement of $1.2 million and reduced the Installation’s overall GTCC Delinquency rate.
