During Monday night’s Goldsboro City Council meeting the council presented a proclamation in honor of Vietnam Veterans Day, Mar. 29.

The Wayne County Veterans & Patriots Coalition Inc. will host a Vietnam Veterans Welcome Home Celebration at 11 a.m. on Mar. 30, at the Wayne County Museum.
