On Apr. 21 members of the Wayne County Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team (ACE), were conducting traffic enforcement in the Northern Portion of Goldsboro when a traffic stop was conducted for a chapter 20 violation.

Scott Cochrane, 38, Pikeville, and Jordon Baker, 31, Wilson, were found to be in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Cochrane was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resist delay obstruct, and a felony probation violation.
Cochrane and Baker were arrested and taken to the Wayne County Magistrates Office, where they received a “No bond.”
