Kimberly Joyce Casey, 63, of Smithfield, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024, at UNC Johnston Health.  She was born October 27, 1960, in Louisburg, NC to Dora Lee Baker Casey Powell and the late Bobby Charles Casey.  Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; George & Myrtle Casey, and her maternal grandparents; Charlie & Gertrude Baker. 

Kimberly lived life to the fullest.  Those who knew her knew she was funny, high-spirited and a force to be reckoned with if you did her or those she cared for deeply, wrong,  She lived her life her way and left her life in the same way.

Kimberly is survived by her mother; Dora Lee Powell, sister; Kelly C. Sutton, special daughter; Ashley Allen, grandchild; Blayden Stanley, step-grandson; Colton Blackmon.
