ASHEBORO — Wayne County Post 11’s game with Troy, AL at the American Legion Southeast Regional scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at McCrary Park has been rescheduled due to weather in the Asheboro area from Tropical Storm Debby.

Wayne County (41-9) will now face Troy at 8:30 on Friday morning.

The game can be heard on sportstone.net and live stats can be viewed on the American Legion website.

Post 11 defeated San Juan, Puerto Rico 3-0 on Wednesday afternoon on day one of the Southeast Regional.

Troy defeated Jacksonville, FL 4-0 on Wednesday morning.

The winner of the Southeast Regional advances to the American Legion World Series in Shelby.
