Bruce Narron, 91, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. Born on April 14, 1933, in Johnston County, he was the son of the late Willard Narron and Annie Bailey Narron.

Bruce was a member of New Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church. Bruce loved life and everything it had to offer.

Bruce is survived by his grandsons, William Cahoon, Steven Dale Narron, Jr., and wife, Lauren, Bryan Keith Narron, and Dustin Chuck Narron; three great-grandchildren; his brother, Willis Narron and wife, Elaine; and his sister, Ella Narron Everett.

In addition to his parents, Bruce was preceded in death by two brothers and his sister.

A funeral service to celebrate Bruce’s life will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at New Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Danny Creech officiating. The burial will conclude in the church cemetery.
