This week’s WGBR Pet of the Week powered by Jackson & Sons features Hero. Hero is a 2-year-old male terrier/pit bull mix.  He is a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he wags his tag and wants to shake your hand. This “Hero” has been at the shelter since September and is ready to find that perfect family.  Let’s help find Hero his FUR-EVER home where he will be treasured.  

To meet Hero or any other adorable pets at the Wayne County Animal Shelter, visit them at 1600 Clingman Street Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 4 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 12 PM.
