Citizens can now report non-emergency issues online at goldsboronc.gov/city-manager/goldsboro-311/ or by using the Goldsboro 311 app, which is available for download on Apple’s App Store and the Google Play store.
When a request is submitted through the online form or the app, it will get routed to the appropriate City personnel.
The individual submitting the request will receive a request number so they can track the status of their request.
