Pamela Wade Jones Cook, 77, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024 at her home. Born in Halifax County, Virginia on October 15, 1946, to the late Esel O. and Maggie New Jones.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Louis “Lou” Cook; sons, Chris Cook and wife, Russ Ann of Goldsboro, NC, and Aaron Cook and wife, Amanda of Dunbar, WV; grandchildren, Brandon, Taylor, Ashton, Aden, and Anna; and great-grandchildren, Brayden, Charlotte, Liam.

Services will be held in a private setting for the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
