Wayne County Veterans Day Parade in Downtown Goldsboro

A Veterans Day Tradition in Wayne County

The Wayne County Veterans & Patriots Coalition’s annual Veterans Day Parade will be held this year in downtown Goldsboro, on Monday, November 11.

William (Bill) Graham, CEO of the Wayne County Veterans & Patriots Coalition says there should be good participation this year, many units have already entered for the procession down Center Street.

Mr. Graham suggests that everyone take a moment to celebrate and honor all Veterans who have served and are currently serving in the Armed Forces of the United States.

The parade lineup will begin at 09:30 am on Monday November 11 at N. Center St. and Ash St. The parade will begin at 11:00 am.

Following the parade, there will be a memorial service by the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) at 12:45 at the Wayne County Veterans Memorial at the intersection of N. William St. and E Walnut St. across from the County Court House.
