Mother Bessie Isler Scott, 99, completed her earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward, on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at home surrounded by her loved ones. The Celebration of her life will be Monday, November 18, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Greenleaf Christian Church DOC, 2110 N. William Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a chapel viewing held on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
