Ethel Rose Johnson Brewer, 78,  of Princeton, passed away at her home on Sunday, December 15, 2024.  Ethel was born in Johnston County on February 16, 194,6 to the late William Roy Johnson and Ernestine Lucille Rhodes Johnson.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Randle Brewer; brothers, Benny Johnson, Bobby Johnso,n and Ray Johnson; sister, Billie Faye Narron.

She is survived by sons, Bobby Randle Brewer, Jr. of Princeton and Anthony Ray Brewer of Princeton; brothers, Earl Johnson of Boykins, VA, Herman Johnson of Clayton, and Bobby Johnson of Selma; sisters, Jane Atkinson of Garner, Peggy Wiggs of Selma, Billie Faye Narron of Middlesex, Sandy Greene of Clayton, Brenda Ferrell of Clayton and Kathy Oakley of Clayton; grandchildren, Amber Brewer, Alexis Rose Brewer, Shayla Brewer, Skylar Brewer, Abby Brewer; great-grandchildren, Ainsley and Marci.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Friday, December 20, 2024, at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.

The funeral service will be held on December 20, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with Pastor Dennis Pollock officiating. The committal will take place in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery on Saturday, December 21, 202,4 at 10:00 am.
