Michael David Parrish, 62, of Selma, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loved ones on Monday, January 27, 2025.

Mike spent many years working as a successful paint contractor. In his spare time, he enjoyed taking his boat out to fish and play. He loved bass fishing and joking with his buddies.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, JoAnn Parrish; two brothers, Kevin Parrish and Stevie Parrish of Selma; and sister, Michelle Parrish of Selma; daughter, Brittany Parrish; step children, Leslie and Matthew Ingram; grandchildren, Greyson, Zachary, and Zoe; several nieces and nephews, and his beloved pets.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Margie Westbrook Parrish and Frank Parrish; and brother, Gary Parrish.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 3, 2025 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service. A service to celebrate Mike’s life will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Ben Wheeler officiating.
