Wayne County Public Schools is inviting Pre-K through 8th grade families to join a transformative event focused on supporting academic and emotional growth.
The “Blooming into Success: Navigating Transitions in Education” event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Mar. 29, at The Maxwell Center.
This special event offers expert-led sessions designed to help parents navigate key transitions in their child’s educational journey.
Topics will include academic shifts, emotional growth, and strategies for building confidence in children during their schooling years.
Families can look forward to gaining valuable insights and practical advice to help their children thrive both in and outside the classroom.
While parents attend these engaging sessions, students will have a blast in the Fun Zone, a dynamic space filled with hands-on activities led by the Museum of Natural Sciences.
Children will be able to explore exciting educational themes, from the fascinating life cycle of butterflies to the mysteries of space.
A real planetarium experience will transport them to new heights as they embark on their own learning adventures.
To ensure an enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone, participants who register by Mar. 13th will receive a complimentary lunch, as well as a free copy of the beloved children’s book “Plott’s Tails and Trails.”
Families are encouraged to register early by calling (919) 705-6057.
