GOLDSBORO – Third time’s a charm! Saturday highlights the third day along with the third year that the Farm Credit Farmer’s Market has been open. On the contrary, Goldsboro-Wayne County was voted as one of the top five best locations in the United States to farm, displaying over 500+ producers in Wayne County making up the largest industry in the entire county.

The moms, the grandmas, the dads, the brothers, the grandpas, and the little kids running around.” One of the local business owners, Jeff Wales from the Gurley Store, expressed how busy the Farmer’s Market was. “I didn’t get a chance to do nothing,” Jeff said. “We were busy.”
