ROCKY MOUNT, NC – Congressman Davis will address the public and members of the press in a press conference Monday, April 14th, at 10:30 a.m., scheduled at the Rocky Mount District Office at Falls Road. The conference, scheduled for 1151 Falls Road, Suite 2002, will focus on the congressman’s reflections regarding the first 100 days of the 119th Congress and the critical matters shaping the destiny of North Carolina’s First Congressional District.
With policy decisions at the national level having spillover effects locally, Davis will be called upon to identify legislative achievements, persistent challenges, and priorities of greatest concern to his constituents, ranging from economic growth and job creation to access to healthcare and investments in infrastructure.
“This is an opportunity to speak directly to the people of eastern North Carolina and not only discuss what we’ve accomplished, but what we’re going to accomplish,” Davis said in a brief statement beforehand. Citizens, community organizers, and members of the press are welcome to attend. There will be a Q&A and details about upcoming district initiatives presented.
