The Wayne County Junior Livestock Show & Sale began in 1985. It is sponsored by the Wayne County Livestock Development Association, Inc (WCLDA) and Wayne County Cooperative Extension. The purpose is to provide our youth an opportunity to develop basic livestock skills in:

• Selection
• Management
• Exhibition
• Marketing

This year we have 67 youth who are participating. These participants need community support to make this project successful.
